Lake Inari is a 60 km wide and 100 km long scenic and rugged lake. Its average depth is 14 meters, and the deepest measured position is 95 meters. It is located in Vasikkaseljja, north of Lake Inari. The lake has over 3,000 islands.
Excursion details: A two-day boat and fishing tour begins at Nellim’s fishing harbor, continuing along scenic straits and fjords to the wilderness base at Kessivuono. During the journey, you will get a wealth of information about the lake, the history, and the magnificent culture of its inhabitants, guided by a native Nellim.
